Full-Time Front of House Boutique Team Leader

Grace Patisserie is a boutique patisserie guided by quality, consistency and artistry, with Asian flavours woven through our desserts and drinks.

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to work alongside the owners, guide our small FOH team and help create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in hospitality, leads by example and can confidently work both independently and within a small team.

The role

  • Work closely with the owners to guide and support the FOH team, maintaining consistent standards across daily service.
  • Keep service friendly, efficient and attentive, responding promptly during busy periods.
  • Prepare and serve our drinks, including matcha, hojicha, cold brew and teas, with care and consistency.
  • Guide customers through our desserts and drinks menu.
  • Serve and package desserts with care and attention to detail, ensuring beautiful presentation while staying attentive to each customer’s needs.
  • Carry out opening and closing shifts, including setup, cleaning and cash-up.
  • Keep the boutique beautifully presented, with stock and service areas organised.

About you

You have hospitality experience in a similar team leader or supervisory role and enjoy supporting others while taking an active part in service.

You’ll bring:

  • A genuine enjoyment of customer service and a strong eye for detail.
  • Drink preparation skills; experience with matcha, hojicha, cold brew and teas is valued. Training in our recipes can be provided.
  • A strong sense of urgency during busy periods, while maintaining quality and a welcoming manner.
  • The confidence to work independently and communicate clearly with the owners and team.
  • Reliability, initiative and a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Availability for opening and closing shifts, including weekends.
